Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the information Sunday Morning Rides (SMR) collects about you as a user of SMR sites. This policy does not apply to information about you collected by third party websites and offerings linked to or otherwise accessible from SMR sites. The information collected or received by third parties is subject to their own privacy policies.

Visitor Information: During the process of delivering content to you, SMR does not collect any personally identifiable information about you such as name, address, phone number, or e-mail address.

Contributer Information: When you contribute a ride, you voluntarily provide personal information, including your name and e-mail address. An alias of your choosing (not your name or email address) is displayed to other users when you submit a ride or other data. Any personal information that you voluntarily disclose online (e.g., upon submitting ride comments, via the media gallery, etc) becomes publicly available and can be collected and used by others.

Any information that you submit to SMR may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public.

Log File Information: When you visit a SMR site, our servers automatically log certain information that your web browser sends whenever you visit any website. These logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser language, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time of your request, and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser.

We use this information to improve the quality and design of the site and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, and analyzing user preferences and trends.

Cookies: When you visit SMR sites, we may send one or more cookies - a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters - to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser.

External Sites: SMR contain links to other sites with information gathering practices different from our own. Visitors should consult privacy policies for all other sites as SMR has no control over information submitted to or collected by such third parties.

Transfers of Information for Legal Purposes: It is possible that SMR may need to disclose certain information to comply with a legal requirement, such as a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, search warrant, in the course of a legal proceeding or in response to a law enforcement agency request.
